Just wondering how many ladies and gents in thier early/mid/late forties were hired by SWA? Is there an age where it's too late, or can you still have a good career? Of course, age 65 would play into it.

If I remember correctly, about half of my class was over 40, with the oldest being 52.

I was 53 yrs old when I was hired 3 yrs ago. I was not the oldest FO in the company but I was the oldest in my class by 8 yrs. We had 24 in my class and the 8 oldest were all over 40.
