Hey Desert,

First of all I also fly the U- Boat and i think Niteflr was right on about the Ultra.

To answer your questions

1- I still like my job as much as any job, and more then a lot of others.
2- NJA will be my last flying job. I'm here to stay. I plan on being here 20 years.
3- 10 hour turns are the hardest part of the job for me.

now remember we have close to 2000 pilots and you may get 2000 different answers.

Hey StickShaker.... Thanks for the inside info on NJA. I am glad to hear that the lifestyle is not so oppressive that you would want to quit. I am also looking for my last flying job. I am really looking forward to ordering those Steak and Lobster dinners from room service! :)

With my experience, I should get an interview. Now, I just need to figure out what they are looking for during the interview?

Heavy,
I do miss the CRJ, but for my family and I the quality of life is much better. I can't tell you how nice it is to walk out your door and be on the clock as soon as you get to the airport. Traveling on your work day and getting paid for it over Jumpseating on your day off is priceless.
Now I could sit here and write a book over what's better about both, but I hate to type.
In a nutshell, NJA works for me and I prefer it over any airline.

Now Desert,

I can tell you what there looking for besides flight time

1. Safety
2. Customer Service
3. See number 1 and 2 again.

Stickshaker,

This is good to hear... I can fit in well with this kind of philosophy. I hope I can get hired!

Priorities:

1. SAFETY: Get em there safe.

2. SERVICE: Give em great service.

3. SCHEDULE: Get them there on time.

Schedule is a distant third though...
