I think that the freqs. are built into it (if you enter the correct freq. in the nav radio for the procedure you want, you can fly that procedure and get the correct cockpit indications - and of course, if you already have the own charts).
I dont think that there are any charts on a stock 2002 program. (I could be wrong)
I got a CD from Jeppesen (called Simcharts) that has every procedure in the world available. It cost $25 or $29 or something to access one region. IMO it's pretty useful. You just pick where you want to fly, load the chart from the CD, print it out if you want or just keep it on the side of your screen - drag it back to center to reference it at any time, fly the procedure, and when you're done, it shows how you did on the approach by showing your exact track overlaid the appoach plate. Pretty cool. Well worth the $.
