Does anyone know anything about a 767F operator out of MIA (I think) called Florida West? It might also operate DC-10s. I believe it operates cargo charters for Lan Chile and a few other South American operators as well.

Anyone know anything about bases, conditions, starting salary, type rating requirements? Are they adding/losing aircraft? Good place to be? I've seen the website - www.fwia.com. Just want to hear more about the operation....

Thanks,

OYS

Good Company

Good company, small only two 767 one is an aircraft exchange with Lan-Chile.

Got to be an insider to get hired. Crews are pretty stable.

I saw one of their 767s in Mexico a few months back. Anyone know how many pilots? I presume the main base is MIA. Bet a few of their pilots are former Challenge Air Cargo guys...
