Is it worth applying to Options via their website or should I go through the traditional resume / cover letter route?

Thanks-

Flight Options only accepts applications on line.

The tradtional resume method not an alternative.

A referal from a line pilot is preferred but not a necessity to be hired.

Flight Options website

Apps are ONLY accepted via the website now. Any apps mailed in will be placed in File 13. If you have a recommendation from a Flight Options pilot, click on "Employee Referral" under "Source". It will open up a new section asking for the employees name and email(email not mandatory, name is). Good luck!

Update?

The Options website doesn't mention anything about updating a previous resume. How often shoud you update and when you do I guess you would just do the whole thing over? Thanks.

updates

I would update your resume or resubmit it whenever you have substantial changes. If you have a change in ratings, type, etc, I would do it right away.

I wouldn't update it for a 50 hour flight time change. Once a month or at least every 3 months should be sufficient.

But, you know what they say, "the squeaky wheel gets the grease."
