Do you have what it takes to wear the wrinkled shirt, the dirty pants, the 5 O'clock shadow, a tie made with the same fabric from my mother's couch?

Livin the dream....just livin the dream, as far as you rebuck you FNG, put some time in before you start acting like you know anything. Time to do the cleveland carpet dance!!! Great 1st post though!!!!!!

Let me guess...probably large cabin guys...had one lecture me in the crew van in MCC about the aviation industry. Real class, that one.

ETA: Our owners aren't "genuinely happy to be here" either. About every other leg begins or ends with a rant about the company, or some exasperated question, like, why are they ferrying you guys two and half hours when we fly out of here in three hours?

The management team is putting the torch to this place.

Flops can burn to the ground

I wouldnt even take a leak on them right now to put the fire out. Flops' management had better shape up quickly, or ship out. Either one is ok by me.

I am yet to meet a FLOPS pilot that doesn't hate his job, or his life in it's current state for that matter.

Hey guys, be careful with your new union. Don't make FLOPS die any faster than it already is. I'm not trying to school anyone, just sayin don't turn a bad situation into worse one. At least you're still employed.

FLOPS is going to live or die regardless of what the union does...that is in management hands. It is only in their power to fix the problem. I've stopped subsidizing the travel of the richest 1/4 of 1% of Americans. If the Management team wants cheap, then cheap they'll get.

I listened to a large cabin guy say STFD this week. I was in shock. OCC is in disarray, and the maintenance guys are starting to revolt. Only one man is to blame. Hint: he isn't a pilot.
