Flybet,

Did you do the phone interview? How did it go?

Yeah, it went great....well in the sense that the guy really liked me and wanted to really give me an interview. But I did ask about the ATP requirement. And well I'm wating to hear back from the guy, he was going to check with CP about giving me the ATP with the waiver or whatever they give you. If the CP says no the guy said for me to stay ni touch and as soon as I turn 23 and if they have an opening they will contact me or for me to contact them. Well got a couple of months to go, we'll see if it really happens. The guy was really nice though

Welcome to the FNG's

I know that you have been force fed the company line of BS in indoc for days and the you now think you have landed a job with a good company. Well you’re right and wrong. It once was a fairly good company, but you did land a job and that’s about it. I the past year our current CEO has taken aim at the pilot group so now we are gearing up for a pissing match.

In March this year we started working on organizing our pilots for a union vote this fall. I invite you all to IBT1108.org to register at the Flight Options Pilots message board and to obtain a representation card to mail and fax in.

This has been a long time coming and not with out considerable thought. Current management has proven that they look at the pilots pay, benefits and quality of life as fair game to offset the cost of their incompetent management. Enough is enough and the only and the only way we can fight back is with a contract.

Please come and be a part of the solution to help fix the problems we the pilots have at Options. Do not be fooled into thinking that all is well and management and the company are going to be looking out for you. Come support the other pilots of Flight Options is our effort to build a future contract that will protect us from much of management’s incompetence.

Phoenix
Contract ASAP
