There may be more, but these are the ones that I've been told about...

Plenty of ID 90s, discounts, etc. In the past, DAL had some great Int'l deals...$200 bucks to any gateway city.

I sort of bummed about lack of passes here verses the pax, until I sat down and did the math. I can pick up one extra trip and at my new FO rate likely buy 2 round trip tickets anywhere in the country that I want to go. Maybe that's not as good as FREE, but I have a job right now at a prosperous company and when I want to travel my TICKET also means no family stranded waiting for an "available" space A seat.

Also...we can keep our NWA frequent flyer miles. My "fini" SO flight was a weekend layover to Reno. Cashed in some miles and flew my bride out for a really great weekend.

With your ID, you can probably jumpseat where ever you need to go. That leaves your family without a ride. Use your FF miles or a few extra bucks and you can still have a great Q of life. I was always hung up on passes--but time here has shown me as a perk it really doesn't compare to working for a non-pax operation!
