The craziest thing about this topic is that fractional pilots are often passengers in Embraer Regional Jets as they travel to and from their on and off duty locations. Love them or hate them, you seem to trust them enough with your life many times a year!
Nothing to do with whether "we" trust them or not, our "company" trusts them enough to put us on them. Yes, I know what you will say next. If we honestly feared for our lives we wouldn't get on them.

The thought of this may give me nightmares. I can't tell you how many times I have seen something like this "almost" happen to good and bad pilots.

Don't those things require more than 1 crew? I always saw 2 pilots and 1 stewartess on those things .... at least the ones at American Eagle

Sometimes the FAA screws up...does that suprise you? Yes, 2 pilots are required. There were 2 pilots and an FA on board. Not sure how many pax there were, but I'd guess 3 if the totals are correct....but who knows.

For an airplane with 13 pax seats, a "stewartess" is not required.
