Flight instructor in uniform, company id at a casino.

So i was in a poker tournament yesterday, I noticed a guy with 4 strips on his shoulders and at first i thought he was the janitor or a parking attendant. Until I saw his company id as he walked by and bragging on how fast his jet he is getting typed on flys.

i left about 7 hours later and he was still there in uniform!

so whats the problem?....was he drinking?...you didnt say so i guess thats a no.

I dont think there is a reg against wearing your uniform in public.

Anyways, I never said it was illegal or against any regs, just something weird. The problem is one of us is making the rest of us look like azz, and the fact thats its pretty unprofessional to be gambling in your uniform.

I actually like the cs guys uniforms a little more than ours, you blend in better and they just look like a normal business suit.

What special privileges do we get in uniform? Nada. When I airline to and from work Im in plain clothes cause the TSA and airlines actually treat me a little nicer compared to if I wear my uniform.
