Hi I need some advice:
I have been at American Eagle for 4 yrs now. Currently flying as an fo on the CRJ-700. Wanted to know if making the jump to flexjet might be a good idea? Are they still hiring? And what are the expansion plans? Hiring, aircraft etc etc...
What is the upgrade time?
What is the monthly pay of hourly pay?
Do they offer benefits medical dental 401K?
I have a Lear Type....does that help in getting hired?
And does it help if you currently live in Dallas?
Thx...any info will help

I know you are looking at what else is out there. We both got hired at Comair and turned that down. You really are going to have to look at what you need. Some Lear SIC time with an upgrade in the future or CRJ700 SIC time with an upgrade in the future. Roll the dice and play the game. I talked to Karren Parr for an interview 3 years ago and she is a super nice lady. I just like the 121 flying, but take the interview and decide after that.

Well, if you don't mind being an FO for another six years I guess that would be true.

The way I see it, you have the same headaches in the Fracs as you do in the Regionals....except now your......ordering catering & fuel, throwing bags, cleaning the cabin, sitting on your hands in the right seat until you upgrade, and kissing a lot of tail.......all for the same low wage......hmmmmmmm tough one.

Fracdaddy--True. Until NJ starts growing again, it'll be a tough call. AMR sucks, though. Did I mention that? :D TC
