It would be illegal for them to reduce your pay or not implement announced pay increases because of a union drive.

Everyone at Flex should listen to this next part....YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE SENDING IN THE CARD...NOTHING. You only stand to gain by having the opportunity to vote in a union. The company will come to the table to fix any other issues (bases) surely before the vote. Even if you plan to vote NO you lack some brain cells if you don't send in the card. It can only help.

Actually, I believe that it is also illegal for the company to increase any benefits/work rules etc during an organizing drive as that would be construed as anti-union campaigning (bribery?). They are also not supposed to make promises during the campaign ("more bases if you vote it down"). So it would have to happen before a vote was called or after the union was voted down.
