Hi,

I ran a search but couldn't find anything. I was wondering since they operate several different types of Lear's, how do aircraft assignments work over there. Age, experience, etc. Are you assigned to a specific type, or do you swap between them? How things going over there these days?

You're hired into the right seat of an airplane (Lear 31A, 45, 60, or CL 604), you upgrade as a Lear captain, and eventually transition to a CL left seat.

As far as which aircraft you're hired into as an FO? Luck of the draw, I guess.
