Here ya go guys. I just interviewed this week and was offered a job.
The interview was very laid back. I was flown in the night before to start the interview at 8am. We stayed at the Idearq hotel at the DFW and the interview was at the CAE Training Center close by.
The interview started with a brief introduction on the company as well as some discussion of the good stuff and the bad stuff at NetJets. They did mention that turnover was at about 10-15%.
The oral was not technical and was VERY easy and laid back. No aviation questions just a few about my resume, checkrides, driving record, etc. I did sign a sheet that covers some of the job duties such as empying lavs on occasions and loading baggage. I was told that Upgrades were about 2 years but as low as 1year and 8months. They are hiring 70 more pilots through the end of the year.
The simulator was easy and we used the Lear 31A. I was paired with another interviewer. We departed DAL 13L and got some vectors back to the ILS all raw data. We then landed (or attempted to) and did a V1 cut on the next takeoff. Thats it. About 25 minutes per pilot.
I was contacted the next day and offered a job. Most likely the Lear 45.
Goodluck guys!
