Attrition - I think we are losing more people then is disclosed. This definitely helps for upgrades but

attrition is not a secret... just look at a seniority list. I moved up around 12 numbers I think in 6 months. give or take a couple...

How would new FO's leave in less than 2 years? I thought there is a 2 year contract for 20K.

Everythings a rumor until the day it happens. DEN was a sure thing they told us...numbers looked good, just a matter of fine tuning the details. Still hasn't happened yet and nobody seems to be talking about it anymore. I don't see us opening another west coast base anytime soon. We have ONT which I hear is only a few crews and we don't have much of a left coast presence anyway. Maybe if NetJets approves their contract amendment in Oct and improves the basing system we'll start losing pilots to them. Then maybe we'll see some improvement over here.
