The training department is just like the rest of the company. Their goal is to get everyone passed. Think of from an economics stand point. For 1 new hire, it cost the company approximately $30,000 in one month. That consists of the training, pay for the new hire, per diem, hotels, airline and any other cost that I can't think of right now.
That being said, if you are a lousy stick, and should not be driving a car, don't expect to pass. If you go in and decide that you are the Bob Hoover of the fractional industry and don't feel you need to study, well then, good luck.
Most people pass their rides. However, you do have the types above who obviously don't. Whether you pass or fail is totally up to you. The training center does not go out to bust people. Even the guys that people want out of the company.

how is the training department?... is there a lot people failing checkrides even initial hires??? what is the pass rate on average out of training??
