So...with the downgrades at Trans States, at least 2 flight managers should now be FOs.....but they are not. They are keeping the left seat and the pay.
The ALPA union has nothing to say about this. They, I mean he, are, is probably
getting ready to extend the contract for Trans States and he will collect a BIG bonus. WTFO?

A couple of them are TWA/AA furloughs I believe. Someone chime in here if im wrong. I dont know if that makes a difference.

Sorry, what I meant was if they were TSA pilots, then went to TWA/AA, were furloughed and were given their positions back. They were hiring street captains after 9/11 and who knows what the company did with their employee number/date of hire/seniority. Employee numbers dont mean everything. I dont know what their seniority numbers are, but I do know the two you are talking about. I am in no way defending the company or anybody for that matter, just trying to figure this out as well since I am already furloughed from the second round.

If they are some type of management guys what they get paid is between them and the company. If the are Flight managers I would expect they will be getting flight managers pay.

Big bonus?

Yeah, maybe he will get fired again or possibly be subjected to another ridiculous and totally unwarranted company imposed medical leave of absence, not allowing him to fly for another year!

Blow it out your A$$ Thebadcat1313!

Are any of the other CQFOs still captain? I have nothing against the CQFOs, but I'm curious how far back the reversals from CA to FO are going. Also- is there any news about the CQFO greivance? How about the furloughed out of seniority grievance? Will guys and gals who were affected and then left for other jobs get anything if these grievances ever get ruled on by an arbitrator? I suggest another grievance for downgrading out of seniority since management pilots are still on the list and are still ALPA members.
