First 747-400F For Southern Air - Picture

They've had them for a while. Part of the merger between Cargo 360 and Southern Air was the acquisition of two B747 BCFs. I think there were some 777Fs involved as well. The merger closed in Jan 2008.
 
It is a 747-400, a BDSF (Bedek Designed Special Freighter) converted in Israel by IAI industries. The tail number, N417AC is pending change to N400SA. Aircraft has been delivered and test flown by SAI. This plane did not come from Cargo 360 and is the first -400 for SAI.

FYI.... Southern sold the two B747 BCFs they got from the 360 merger. first 400 showed up last week
