Sounds like the kind of candy-ass, pansy judge you'd expect from San Francisco.

That lady ought to be IN JAIL for assault, and also be placed on a universal NO FLY FOREVER list with commercial airlines. The problem is these miscreants continue to get away with their stupid antics and nobody has the gonads to deal with them in the only manner that they'll understand.

The American court system is a pathetic farce.

I couldn't agree more. how the heck this became a misdemeanor is beyond me. at the very least it should be a felony assault on the FA. Oh well at least we're all living the dream.
 
If tell people that if they get unruly on my airplane, they're going to get out and walk.
