Don't feed the troll... ;)

Wouldn't be surprised to see a Canyon Blue 717 show up at the hangar for the party on Monday.

Let's do this thing! :D

I may have to show up. Regardless of what Delta's dynamic duo say, it will be a watershed moment for air travel in Atlanta.

If history is our barometer, the callsign will be changed to something like this: "Southwest 132, AirTran colors, cleared for takeoff runway 27R".

That's how NWA pilots referred to the NWA planes that were still in NWA colors awaiting a trip to the Delta paint shop. Makes sense that this would be the same way that AAI does it.

Reverse that Don and I think you're on to something. Before SOC it will be "Citrus 123 Southwest colors ready to taxi." After SOC it will probably be just Southwest 123 regardless of paintjob. Or it could be as you stated in your OP, Southwest 123, AirTran colors. I guess we'll see. Either way, welcome to Southwest. I look forward to working with you guys!

Actually, that would be against our Section 1! Y'all know all that talk about your 'iron-clad' language? Ours is pretty good too. So if a canyon blue 717 rolls into ATL, be very concerned...and trust that it came at a significant price to SWA!

Party Pooper. I guess this thread was getting way too positive for some.
