How come LA is so junior?

Junior? 2966 is not junior. The bid did not have any opening (no growth) for LAX FO so they only replaced the number of people who bid out. If 2966 is the most junior person (depending on how many secondaries were filled) it went real senior...ouch!

BTW, how many secondary vacancies were filled in the LA FO seat? Thanks!
