FedEx purchase rumours

[Ciao for now]

Was just flying a contract for Fedex from Puerto Rico to Memphis with my current airline Gemini, when the rumours came up again that FedEx was trying to buy us. This time it did come from a FedEx "suit". Small chance I think...Was just wondering how 2 ALPA companies in general that are both doing very well, would go about it if it was true...Senority? ect. (TWA guys stayed in the same seat I think. Plus TWA was in a bad financial position of course..)

I myself never did the VCP runs..We do fly them until the end of the month, then they take them away and replace them by Toronto overnights. Too many complaints about pilota hanging out in the Red Lion club down there..ha.

I almost wouldn't be surprised to see FedEx announce a merger with another company just to try and derail us from our contract negotiations.
