And there are a lot of unfilled spots in ANC. The bid was for 70 FO's and only 59 took it. That doesn't even count the secondary vacancies. Looks like 30+ are leaving. The 80% group isn't even half way full. It looks like some new hires will go straight to the right seat in ANC. I guess the big question is, will they be pulled out of the pool after all the primary slots are trained or will they be mixed in when seats are available? Of course this is just the practice bid and things do (and will) change significantly when the real bid closes.
