FEDEX MEET AND GREET to INTERVIEW

How long on average is it taking people to go from Meet and Greet to an interview. I did the meet and greet in March.

From what I have heard, about 5-6 months...

Did my M&G at the first of the year also. No interview yet, but my sponsor was told by the ACP that I'm in the queue to be called. They said probably around the end of Oct.

YMMV. They have all but stopped interviewing recently until the pool gets closer to empty, so that has extended the wait time. The best advice is to be ready for it at the drop of a hat, but also be patient. I'm hearing not too much in the interview department until December.

did my m&g in june and at that time the acp said interviews in the fall. so maybe they plan on doing a whole bunch at once. i didn't think they would do anything in dec " peak" so we will see. standing by.

10 (TEN) months for me from grip n grin to interview date.

Ranged from 4-12 months for the folks that interviewed with me in Jan 06....then 4-7 months to get guys in training....Chief Pilot told us this week during indoc that they are not going to allow the pool to build up so big in the future and try to decrease the time from M&G to Interview to Hired date....I don't think M&Gs will start up again until Jan 07
