FedEx interview prep.

Can anybody tell me a good way to prep for an interview with FedEx? Any info would be appreciated. Also any ideas on a sim prep.

Does Fed-X do a physical in conjunction with the interview, or after, or do you just need a First class and you are good to go?

No physical at the interview or after. Just have to have a current class 1 physical.
