"If your shipping International, you gotta use FedEx"

Interview or 727FE Ground school?

;)

aviationinterviews.com is right on if they haven't altered the process since they were last interviewing. AlbieF15 can probably give you the latest.

I'm an interview coach...I don't sell gouge.

thank you.

Free gouge is already out there....aviation interviews.com, will fly for food, and countless squadron read files....

Albie,
I wasn't implying that you sold gouge, just that through your coaching and feedback from recent interviewees that you might have an idea whether or not the gouge that is already out there has changed. Your coaching helped me tremendously and I think it would be helpful for future interviewees as well. Didn't mean to ruffle feathers.

Hmmm....

FedEx interview gouge.

Show up on time, dress appropriately, have all your paperwork, think CRM, smile a lot:) , and...oh yea...just be yourself.

Seriously, the interview process at FedEx was probably the most relaxed and non-confrontation experience I had ever had. The attitude by the interviewee's once you are there is more like "Give me a reason why I should NOT hire this person", instead of "Why should I hire this person".

I do not know AlbieF15 personally but if you frequent this board regularly people from FedEx and JetBlue can't say enough about his services. In todays airline job market it would probably be the best money you ever spent, just my .02

Good Luck:D

I just used the classic line from "Spies Like Us". I walked into my interview and handed them my wallet. I said "There's a thousand dollars in there, or maybe there isn't, know what I mean?" It worked like a charm.

I am not a Fed Ex dude but I will second Purple Tail's assessment of Albie. I used him for another interview, and you cannot find a better person to help you present your stories in a way that makes you look the best you can be.

or you can PM him from here...He posted a few spots up

I think that the aviationinterviews.com site is better and more up to date than the flyforfood site. Just a personal opinion, you should certainly check out both.

I also went to Pan Am and flew a round-dial sim. They knew the profile FDX uses. Muy bueno.
