Fox tree thanks for the info. i knew there was some reason to it. I'll have to look into the second payment because the first is too close. I wonder if anybody else has tried this.

Everybody else who responded to this thread thanks for providing zero information. Its all about compounded interest not blowing it or giving it to uncle sam.
