I'm not going to argue about Leroy, he's cool. Helped me out once. Screwed me over once, but then helped me out to make up for it. That's all well and good. What if "L" were to go to pimpin full time and retired from Scheduling. What if "other" people who I won't even reference initials (you know who they are) were the only ones who were there, and every day was that special time of the month??? I'm quite sure that Colgan would have a union on property, inside of a week.

What if our new bosses decided to outsource our Crew Scheduling, among other things.
