Hi!

Does anyone have any information about the timeframe on changing the 135 regs?

Last Spring, about May, I read an article in weekly aviation journal that summarized the 135 ARC's reccommendations, but I haven't heard a thing since then!

Anyone have any info, websites, etc???

Thanx!

Thanks for the input

Interestingly Jepp quit publishing their FAR's explanined, because they caused more confusion than problems sloved. Also I keep hereing about how 121 is the answer. 121 supplemental crew rest rules I believe demand much more flexibility from the flight crew than 135.367. It the new rules reduce flexibility, then just ask the Feds to allow us to operate under 121 non-sked rules. I mean we are already doing all our Training, Maintenance and Dispatch under 121. Thanks for all the input interesting, but like working with the FAA doesn't answer many questions.
