I was just wondering if anyone out there knows of a good sight to look up all court case, individuals brought against the FAA. More particularly a case involving a medical issue. Just thought with all this knowledge out there someone may have been in the same situation as I

If possible, you need to elaborate little more on your dilema. There are some very knowledgeable people on this board who are willing to share their insight. They just need a starting point.
Good luck.

I have had my medical pulled for 2 years by the FAA for a closed head injury. They stated that in 67.109 (a) part 2 and 67.109 (b) part 2. I was wondering if anypilots had been in a situatuion in which they lost their medical due to a head injury, and if so I wanted to know if they were able to get it back in a shorter time period than what was orginally givent to them. So if anyone knows or can put some light or has specific knowledge regarding this issue it would be great. thanks

i knew a guy got hit in the noggin by a falling box off a shelf at kmart-lost his medical for two years, i think-had to sue both the feds and kmart-he finally got it back after about a gozillion different medical tests and brain scans, etc-but he did get it back. i dont know if he was able to get full disability or partial or what while he was waiting. i know this doesnt help much, but he *did* eventually get it back.

www.aviationmedicine.com is great they got my brother back to the cockpit after kidney stones inflight and my best friend after a AME screwed him on color vision. I think it cost my brother $600, but they did all the paper work for him and got him back in a week. Well worth the money. I would hate to see a bump on the harddrive keep you out of the air. Good Luck!!!!
