I just heard on the local news that "some ExpressJet pilots have left the cockpit and headed to the picket line". Is this for real, or just a symbolic thing?

They had informational picketing yesterday....not sure of today

It was scheduled for yesterday to coincide with the shareholders meeting. Picketing took place at all 3 hubs and outside the meeting in Houston. The next picketing event hasn't been scheduled yet.
