There is no prohibition on using the TR's @ XJT other than during taxi. Most people pop the buckets upon landing everytime, some spool'em up, but usually it isn't necessary unless you're shooting for the first turn-off or it's wet/slippery......

seems erjs have a history of un-commanded nose wheel swerving, this is incident #6 for the ERJ.
