CHICAGO, March 1 (Reuters) - ExpressJet Holdings Inc (XJT.N: Quote, Profile , Research), formerly a subsidiary of Continental Airlines (CAL.N: Quote, Profile , Research), said on Thursday its ExpressJet Airlines Inc. unit reached a two-year deal to fly regional routes for Delta Air Lines Inc. (DALRQ.PK: Quote, Profile , Research).
The deal, which covers 10 aircraft to be put in service in June, makes Delta responsible for scheduling, marketing, pricing and revenue management on the aircraft. Delta will collect all passenger revenues, ExpressJet said in a statement.
ExpressJet, a regional carrier, will operate, maintain and finance the aircraft.
This is interesting. Does Expressjet fly for anyone other than Continental besides this?
