They aren't hiring anyone now unless they have an ERJ Type Rating or get down on their knees and do the unmentionable. But no contract, no-why would you want to leave, you'll be at the bottom of a 3000 some odd number list long. Live the life!!!!!!!
 
Any "airline" that needs to trap you there isn't worth working for. Think about it-If people are leaving in droves, the only way to keep them at that company is to make them sign a contract. Any of the "good" companies have employees that are happy & want to stay there, therefore attrition is not a problem and a contract isn't needed.
 
There is no training contract.

You are expected to pass a checkride though.
