Anyone do the commute from EWR to SEA know anything about EVA air? Can we jumpseat on them?

Jumpseating is allowed on US and Canadian carriers that your airline has agreements with. The occasional foreign captain may be able to convince the gate agent to give you a seat, but this is pretty rare. I assume EVA does not have the right to sell seats on the SEA-NYC leg, which would prevent you from even being able to use zed or other interline agreements for this flight.

EVA had a jumseat aggrement with Eagle pre-9/11 but i think that it's gone.. Thats one heck of a long commute!!

CO and XJT have an agreement with EVA. It doesn't really matter though, EVA changed the routing through ANC instead of SEA.
