Excuse me but the Everzone is quite specific to Marana and not the airline. The Everzone is where planes go and never come out again. It is the black hole of aviation.
Secondly, EZ has never been the place for anyone who wanted a "normal" safe flying job.

Your excused.Evergreen has been called everzone for the past 20 years,it goes like this,Everzone raise my kids by telephone. You get the picture.

Note Publishers Bio.
At 1500 hours, I'm not sure what he would know about flying for EZ.
He sure has a lot of posts, though!
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

in re upgrade times at Gemini. WHile it is true that the junior most captain at Gemini has been here since 2001 implying a 6 year upgrade you cannot extrapolate this forward to say that were you hired "today" you "might" make captain in 6 years. Too many variables:

the last 6 years has not been "typical" (whatever that means) the point being that the next 6 years WILL be different. A severe downturn after 9/11 inhibited everones's progression. Itr's a crapshoot, the company is not large enough to say with any precision when/if you might upgrade; if, if, if, ya just plane don't know.

People are quitting as opportunities open up elsewhere, the company "may" (not) find new airplanes. But wjerever you go the future of airfreight looks good, pick one that seems to be in business for the long haul and you will upgrade in less than 6 years.

The LCF is probibly the only positive thing going and there is already signs that EIA is screwing the pooch on that deal.

How is EIA screwing that up?
