What I was told by Joey Fleming is that we interview just like the rest. However all of the guys I know coming back are all typed in the airplane and 90% were check airman and sim instructors. I would think we would have a really good chance of getting into the training department. But right now we are all going back to F/O's. Most are coming from Mainline, however some are not (including me, I got it from the big D) Hope this helps
