What I have found while working here at SWA is that there are two different groups of people. Those who think they know it all and those who ask for their FO's to help in th problem solving process. The latter seems to get better results. My point is that CRM means coming to a decision as a crew rather than as a dictatorship. We all know that this job is not as difficult as one thinks it is, so why make it that way.

Good judgment, good personality, and good common sense is good enough for me.
 
That's exactly what I meant, I just didn't explain it that well. Being nice alone is not a good enough reason to get the job offer nor is being a good leader while having the personality of a horses a$$. SWA will continue to find, as they have in the past, those who exihibit a good personality and proven decision making skills. And they will have a very big stack to chose from.
