Endorsements

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a nice big list of all the endorsements and their wording required by CFIs to fill out, for student, private, instrument, commercial, and instructor. I need it for school. Thanks

go to faa.gov and look under the advisory circulars, 61.123 or something i don't know which one but it is an ac that the faa produces.
