Any Endeavor people out there?

I see there is a Dispatch Shift Manager position open. Will they hire from outside for that? If so, I would appreciate an idea of what they would be paying.

Endeavor Airlines.....Isn't that the place that starts Dispatchers at $ 12.50/hr?

Why would ANYONE work for that rate????
