Well, there are some airlines that operate the CRJ-200/700/900. Many pilots I know just put "CRJ" in the aircraft type column. So who's to say otherwise? Obviously, honesty should prevail.
Honesty should always prevail. All it takes is some kind of incident or accident to have the authorities crawl through your records. Remember, everything you put on paper or into a computer as a pilot can be considered a legal document by somebody.
