Does anyone have any recent Emirates interview experiences to share? I've been invited to one on fairly short notice so I need to really target my studying to the relevant stuff. I've already been in touch with typhoonpilot and he's been very helpful- I was just wondering if there's anyone else out there with any specifics on what to study or what to expect.

Thanks,
Buford

I interviewed for a Ground Instructor position there a couple years ago. It was a great interview experience.

I would recommend purchasing an emirates interview prep book (with interview questions). When I was interviewing I saw it online and it gave a couple sample questions. It was only like 20-30$ I think but I didn't get it. The sample questions were on the technical exam I was given. For example they ask what type of engines are on XXX type of airplane. I dont remember the airplane but the answer was Rolls Royce.

Congratulations on your interview. I have applied with Emeriates but havent heard anything. Can you tell me how much time you have and are you going in as a DCE or an F/O

Thanks
BDD

Beetle007,

Could you tell me about your background and how you managed
to get called up for an interview with Emirates? I applied for a
Ground Instructor position but all I got was the thanks for your
resume if we want you will call you response.
