Turnover is non-existant. FA50s, FA900s, chopper, and 2 ultras, and 800xp in Ohio. All the 50s are EX retrofits. Plenty of international flying. You need a lot of something to get in the door there, I just don't know what it is.

I have been through training with a couple of their pilots. Seem to be good guys. I believe they have a 7X on order.

I toured their facility with their chief pilot once. Its the cleanest hangar I've ever been in. Real top notch. they had people in their cleaning the rims on the tires!!

Yeah, but living in St. Louis would suck... Freezing in the winter, Africa-hot in the summer with no pretty mountains or water - just an Arch which gets boring after 5 minutes. I don't care how great their baseball team is - living there would bite.

what is qol, pay, guarantee days off. Is this a pager operation go when we need you or scheduled a week or two in advance.

I wish it were so bad that no one wanted to live there. I've been trying to get a decent job back there for 3+ years with no luck, so there must be plenty of people there willing to stay.

Either that or I just suck...which is a distinct possibility.

I've heard good things about them, but my only gripe was the pilot sitting on the doorstep of the 50 on the ramp in front of our hangar having a smoke. Got done and just flipped the butt on the ramp. Probably a great guy but not very considerate or wise if you ask me.

St. Louis isn't a bad place to live. If you're based at SUS, there are a lot of great little "burgs" to live in. St. Charles, just north of SUS, is a fantastic place, IMHO.

I bet you live in TX now that place sucks
