I'm sure they can buy, borrow, and lease enough late model skyhawks and seminoles for the short term...

My not all have the gucci blue paint and Echo Romeo N numbers, however.

Those of you owning late model Cessnas just rang up a few thousand dollars in gains....50+ off the market ASAP is probably significant.

this isn't just airplanes..... it looks like the whole mx hangar is trashed, its sad to think of all those tool carts worth thousands of dollars that the mechs bought out of pocket....

Wow, That's gotta suck for the insurance adjuster. I hope nobody was injured in this storm.

I wonder how fast they can rebuild their fleet?

I hate to say it but their planes will, most likely, be waiting to take off before the runway is cleared of debris. Insurance will take care of that. And if the insurance doesn't want to the fees students have to pay will.

If you couldn't tell. I dont like Riddle...

Yeah, the flightline and mx took the big hit. Theres general roof, wall, water, glass damage to the academic and administration buildings.

I am sure the underwriters were like.....

"Pop the champagne! No hurricanes this year...we can actually make a few bucks in the insurance industry this year!!! **Ring ring ring*** what happened? When? Where? How much? Oh well @#%@#%@#$#@....put that champagne away:( "

I am really sad to see this...I hate to see an airplane crumpled up like that. Hope they can figure it out for the new semester.

Wankel

You might not like Riddle, but I guarantee the hard working people who work at DAB would be very glad to be waiting for takeoff ASAP.

Maybe when they get the new planes they'll take the oppertunity to get rid of that ugly paint scheme and paint them like the Prescott planes!

I think God has spoken, "I smite thee Riddle Rats, for you have defiled aviation and hath hoarded it amongst the most egotistical people on earth".

Just a joke, so Riddle Rats "Stand-Down". And that an order.

The "administration" says business as usual, semester will start on time on Jan 10th. 10 classrooms were lost and schedules will need to be changed.

We need to train those tornados to go after the old, beat up, poorly maintained airplanes and to leave the nicer, newer ones alone.

Semester start is pushed back to Jan 16th...and Spruance Hall, the administration building, might be a total loss.

Maybe the record of how much I still owe them got blown out the window.....
