It was an American Connection(TSA) and it only blew two tires. They replaced all four and the inner brakes. The inner brakes are the suspect of the lock up. Bad brake channel?

This morning a passenger on my plane (corporate) said that he evac'd from an ERJ in BNA (from DCA) on Friday. On the runway with 4 blown tires. He mentioned that if felt like they "hit a wall" when they touched down. Anyone else hear of this one?

Also, he said the PA was "Easy Victor" 3 times, then "Evacuate" x 3 a few seconds later. Is that a company specific thing?

He was proabably trying to make the first turnoff on a 10,000' runway. RJ drivers (at certain airlines) like to do stuff like that.

Happened to COEX as well in EWR in AUG 2000.

Must have been using the parking break to remind himself that he had the fuel cross-feed open...

I just let the EICAS message "Fuel Equal XFeed OPEN" message do it for me. time to get your company to upgrade to 20.5
