Remember the 300+ BS writeups 104 and 108 had????
I had it on good authority that one of them thar original three turnbacks had far more writeups than even THAT. I think 101 had OVER SEVEN HUNDRED SQUAWKS. My favorite was something along the lines of "the stairs don't come to a stop six inches off the ground when extended".

I guess that every single one of our airplanes is broken, using that gauge!

Of course the new operators of the former AeroGenesis in Lansing managed to damage that airplane and write off a BizEx B-model in a ramp incident literally THE DAY AFTER I flew it up there to put it to bed, but that's another story.

GAC's post was a good one, though, enough to keep the troops buzzing for a few hours ('bud' references notwithstanding).

Yep. That's about all the 31 operators I can think of.

What about the 41's? Anyone other than TransStates running those?

Nope, I'm pretty sure TSA is the last domestic J41 operator now that ACA has parked theirs.

If I hold my breath any longer on that one I'll probably pass out...

Hey what's wrong with the J31 besides loss of all hearing.
WHAT?!

:)

:( Bad news ,the latest rumor is that our sister co. has the 170, possible ray of sun shine is that we might get there ERJ's, hopefully in better shape than the SAAB's they have us paying for them.:) At least we got smart and finally bought them and stoped the lease returns to try and keep SAAB from putting us out on the ramp.

Man, I saw that five-foot-high stack of boxes in the hallway in HQ, all wrapped in plastic... And it said "170 Manuals" on a sign taped to it.
WE ARE GETTING THE 170's!!

YEEEAAAHHH!!! Any day now!

Didnt I hear on good authority that the training coordinator AND the director of training were furloughed, and that another round of furloughs was coming down the pike?
