Unless you live in an Eagle base and just can't move or commute go to Eagle otherwise go to XJT. You will get paid a little better and should be able to hold a line quicker (depending on which base you choose). Both are good companies though....

Both are 2 of the most solid companies in the regional industry. Dont pick a regional based on upgrade time cause that will change quickly. Who thought XJT would still be upgrading 32/month in 2007 at this time last year? Pick one that treats you decent and allows you to live in, or close to base so you can relax, have a life, and pick up trips if you want.

A couple of my buddies just finished LOFT and said that the Playmate thing was bogus.

Upgrade at xjet is currently finding it's way further and further down the seniority list to those who can simply pass their type ride.

Passing seems to be the problem lately. Buncha tools. Getting a type at this company has never been harder than it needed to be.

Chautauqua had a similar problem in mid-late 2004 as people were upgrading with 2 years or less on the airplane...
