I don't know about now, but when I left 2 years ago as a 6 year FO i could not hold a line in the ERJ in LAX!! Go to SkyWest you will be a E120 CA in less then a year (if you have the time) and looking across the ramp at the 7 ear Saab captains...:nuts:

ERJ is EXTREMLY SENIOR for AE at LAX
 
Saab out of Class not hard. Erj Hired 4/04 Most junior. Most senior guy in erj not wanting reserve is going on 6years.
 
Your only problem is whether or not there's a Saab opening on your hire date in class. Only one Saab opening in the last two classes. If there isn't a Saab to bid on your first day, you're not getting LAX until you can hold it on the EMB.
