Eagle Interview/Cog Test?

Interviewed w/Eagle...Everything went smooth,Made it To Day 2....A few weeks later received a letter telling me I would have to do another Cog test with a doctor in my area and send the results back to Eagle for a final decisision if I got the job or Not?
Most of the Doctors in my area are quoting me at least 500 and up to do this test....Anyone else go through a same situation trying to get on w/Eagle? Where you hired after all this extra medical screening?

Yes! They were asking me to go to my own doctor to retest on my failed eye vision. They offered me the class date almost one month after the medical. Didn't take the job though.
