Eagle 16 year contract, a question.

Was your 16 year contract negotiated with AMR under base-ball style arbitration or was it under the guise of IBB or Interest Based Bargaining.

The famous 16-year deal came about as a result of interest based bargaining...it is really 4 4-year contracts where each side can submit up to 5 items to an arbitrator for baseball-style arbitration...the Eagle's ALPA National negotiator was none other than Jeff Brundage, who then switched sides and became a VP for AMR...nice.
